A Business Analyst Leader’s main duties are as follows:

As a team manager: manage team of other Business Analysts, define BA process, responsible for BA delivery
As a BA member: gather information, write documents, manage requests; organize meetings; research the feasibility/suitability, and being the bridge between requesters and tech team.

In details:

Recruiting and hiring for an expanding BA team
On-boarding and training new hires
Coaching, reviewing and encouraging growth
Defining best practices
Planning and resource allocation
Developing and managing project timelines, milestones
Communicating with stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns or issues
Analyze and provide models and solutions based on collected requirements
Write software business and use case specification documents; Advise on building prototype
Advice from a professional perspective based on analysis and research
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 8 years of experience at relevant positions
B.A. or B.S. degree in IT, or equivalent work or educational experience
Knowledge and understanding as well as experience of software development
Proficiency in verbal and nonverbal communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in using business analysis tools
Highly directed and self-motivated
Able to use system design and application tools
Good at problem analyzing, problem solving skills
Able to analyze software design and information system design.
