Job Description
- Database Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Data Security: Implement and manage security measures to protect data integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor database performance and optimize queries for efficient data retrieval.
- Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and recovery plans.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and insights for business decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for database configurations, procedures, and dashboard designs.
Job Requirement
- Strong understanding of database management systems (DBMS).
- Proficiency in dashboard creation tools.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly and actionably.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address database issues and create effective dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
