Job Description
AP Invoice Processing
- Scan and verify vendor invoices via OCR system within stipulated KPI.
- Perform 3-way or 4-way invoice matching.
- Investigate invoice discrepancies and exceptions, implement corrective actions and process invoices on time.
- Route 2-way match invoices for verification and approval.
Payment Requests & Tax Review
- Process and post payment requests within stipulated KPI.
- Review GST code and other tax exposure during invoice processing.
- Follow up on aged invoices pending stakeholder actions.
Stakeholder, System & Audit Support
- Communicate with stakeholders on vendor invoice issues or queries.
- Participate in system user testing when required.
- Liaise with IT team on daily system issues and resolution.
- Support internal/external audit and business unit document requests.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Finance & Accounting, Certified Accounting Technician, LCCI or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in Finance PTP processes, Payable Accounting or AP Accounting.
Skills & Competencies
- SAP is required; SAP FICO experience is an advantage.
- Microsoft Excel is required.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use AI tools such as Copilot, Claude or similar tools to improve productivity, data analysis, documentation and problem-solving.
Language / Other Requirements
- Good spoken and written English.
- Able to communicate well with business users in Singapore.
- Hiring process: 1 HR call to check English skills, followed by 1 offline interview including test and interview.
Personality & Attitude
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Team player, able to work with colleagues in Vietnam and Singapore.
- Comfortable working in a digital and automation-driven finance environment.
