Job Description
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality SAP ABAP solutions.
Analyze business requirements with functional consultants and stakeholders, performing solution and architecture assessments.
Develop and maintain SAP integrations with internal and external systems, building applications outside SAP and integrating them via APIs and OData.
Design and develop OData services for the company and external integrations, and maintain the company applications.
Ensure developments comply with SAP best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.
Perform code reviews, coach junior developers, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
Contribute to technical standards, development guidelines, and documentation.
Provide technical support to the HR team for the company (approx. 4 hours/week), investigating system issues and supporting integrations.

Job Requirement
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of professional SAP ABAP development experience, including complex SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
Extensive knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP, enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework), RFC/BAPI/IDoc, OData, SAP Gateway, the company, the company/BAS, and CDS Views.
Hands-on experience developing applications outside SAP in at least one language (C#, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and integrating them via REST, OData, OAuth, and JSON.
Strong understanding of SAP performance optimization, debugging techniques, and transport management.
Good understanding of SAP business processes across multiple functional domains and SAP customizing concepts.
Ability to determine appropriate solutions (configuration, enhancement, standard functionality, or custom development) and perform impact analyses and technical solution design.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Nice to have: Experience with AI-assisted development tools, the company, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, international manufacturing/supply chain environment, and the company.
