Job Description

Mission: Design, implement, and continuously harden the security and compliance fabric that underpins our high-throughput asset-tokenization platform—spanning cloud infrastructure, application SDLC, data, and human processes.

What You'll Own:

Security Architecture: Define a zero-trust cloud blueprint; oversee threat-modeling and cryptographic design for token custody and off-chain data.
Compliance & Risk: Lead ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and local Level-4 government audits; map controls to MAS, ESMA, and Vietnam fintech regulations; maintain a policy library and vendor risk program.
DevSecOps: Embed SAST/DAST, SBOM, and IaC scanning into CI/CD pipelines; champion a secure SDLC and least-privilege RBAC.
Detection & Response: Build a 24x7 SOC with SIEM/SOAR; run purple-team drills, tabletop exercises, and incident-response playbooks.
Data & Privacy: Enforce encryption-in-transit/at-rest, tokenization/pseudonymization for PII, GDPR-ready retention, and geo-fenced key storage.
Education & Culture: Drive secure-coding training, phishing simulations, and regular red-/blue-team retros; act as an executive advisor on all security matters.

Job Requirement

Ideal Background:

10+ years in information security; 3+ years leading security teams for regulated cloud platforms or financial exchanges.
Demonstrated success in passing external audits and handling production incidents.
Familiarity with asset tokenization, blockchain custody models, or payment/settlement rails (nice-to-have).
Strong communication in English; Vietnamese is a plus.

Core Technical Skill Set:

Cloud & Network Security: Cloud VPC, security groups, WAF, shield, Transit Gateway, VPN/IPSec, ZTNA; Infrastructure as Code-based guardrails.
Container & Kubernetes Hardening: Admission controllers, PodSecurity Standards, image signing, runtime defense.
Secrets & Crypto: KMS/HSM workflows, envelope encryption, secure MPC/+threshold signing (bonus).
Identity & Access: OIDC, OAuth2, SCIM, SSO/SAML, Just-In-Time access, PAM.
SIEM/SOAR & Observability: Design log pipelines, correlation rules, playbooks, MITRE ATT&CK mapping.
Offensive / Defensive Ops: Pen-testing, bug-bounty triage, CVE management, threat-intel feeds.
Regulatory/Standards: ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-53, SOC 2, GDPR/PDPA; experience guiding first-time certifications.
