Job Description
Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Receive product requests from R&D, analyze market trends, competitors, pricing, and product standards.
- Search, evaluate, and build a supplier network, especially in China.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time, and contract terms.
- Ensure suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements while maintaining long-term partnerships.
Procurement & Supply Chain Operations
- Manage the full process from order placement to goods arrival at warehouse.
- Follow production progress, ensure timeline compliance, and control QC before shipment.
- Work with forwarders to optimize shipping cost and delivery time.
- Handle issues related to orders, quality, delivery, supplier payment, and accounts payable.
- Manage inventory and ordering plans to optimize inventory turnover, fulfillment, and lead time.
Team Management & Process Optimization
- Build and optimize workflows within the department, across internal teams, and with partners.
- Develop supplier network strategies to optimize COGS and accounts payable.
- Recruit, train, and build the team according to company development stages.
- Coordinate closely with R&D, Marketing, and related departments to update information and improve workflow efficiency.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Education requirement: Not specified.
- At least 3 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and supply chain management.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of sourcing, ordering, logistics, supplier management, and supply chain operations.
- Good negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Strong data analysis skills for decision-making; good Excel skills are required.
- Power BI or similar BI tools are an advantage.
- Good team management and team-building skills.
Language / Other Requirements
- Fluent English across listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Good Chinese ability equivalent to HSK4 or above is an advantage.
- E-commerce experience is preferred, especially cross-border e-commerce.
- Age requirement is noted in the JD as “Tuổi < 1992.”
