Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will

• Work with the production team to design, develop, and scale in-house DeFi Protocols
• Work closely with the smart contract team to develop and build new core smart contracts. Also, work with other teams to integrate internal protocols into our system
• Help the Research team to evaluate the feasibility of any scaling solutions and problems.
• Research and write technical details about other DeFi Protocols in order to integrate them into our system
• Brainstorm and ideate on new protocol designs
• Engage and work with both internal and external auditing teams and implement feedback
• Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources
• Training other members to improve the competence of the team.

Qualifications

• B.S or M.S Computer Science or related fields;
• 1+ years of experience in developing and releasing secure and production smart contracts in Solidity
• Have built and released production contracts withholding significant amounts of funds (nice to have)
• 3+ years of object-oriented software development experience
• Strong knowledge of the Ethereum Virtual Machine and other EVM-compatible networks, DeFis, and other Web3 ecosystems
• Strong knowledge and experience of OOP
• Have a deep understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles
• Understand MVC and Clean architecture
• Experience with writing unit tests and testable code;
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Can collaborate fluently in English with other teams.
