• Collaborate closely with Marketing division to identify, plan and prioritize product feature development in order to provide the leading marketing performance for top brand advertisers across South East Asia
• Define feature road-map and growth opportunities
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Work closely with VP of Product to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Research and analyze the market, the users, and the road-map for the product components
• Follow our competitors and the industry.
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

Must have:

• Fluent in English
• Previous working experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a software or eCommerce company for 3+ years (s). 
• Deep understanding of Agile process and principles 
• Strong ability to define complex roadmap and oversee the timely and successful implementation
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details
• Experience with Jira/Confluence

Good to have:

• Experience in digital marketing automation
• Experience in e-commerce, leading a product line or delivering/managing a software project is a big plus
• Understanding of marketing ad platforms (Facebook, Google, Lazada, Shopee)
• International mindset, either educated / lived overseas or worked abroad for an international company
