As an IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate with our clients and delivery teams to discover and define requirements, form a vision, and successfully deliver solutions to end users.

The Business Analyst is responsible for tasks in the following areas: 

• Take ownership and be responsible for any delivery of products;
• Work with stakeholders to elicit and define business/user requirements, document the product’s vision and the project’s scope, translate them into solution requirements;
• Analyze, manage, and document requirements in a manner that is acceptable to both business and technology stakeholders;
• Apply Business Analysis techniques to ensure that what is produced is aligned and value maximized for our customers;
• Document the business requirement specifications and the solution in detail with all assumptions, workflow, and caveats included;
• Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements conform to standards and participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents;
• Lead the project team, participating in prioritizing requirement, contributing to requirement creation, and ensuring a clear understanding of the project, product requirement;
• Motivate and collaborate with the project team daily to progress requirement into production, actively participating in project ceremonies;
• Take responsibility for ongoing support and maintenance to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with customer needs;
• Conduct the system testing by preparing the test cases for UAT and demonstrating the software features;
• Actively contributes to company knowledge base;
• Suggest areas of improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions;
• Provide training and mentorship to junior business analysts;
• Writing the customer proposals;
• Perform other tasks assigned by Management

Reporting

• The Business Analyst reports directly to the Head of Delivery

Location: TT03A-13, Mo Lao New Urban, Mo Lao Sub-district, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City

Working time: Flexible working hours and location from Mondays to Fridays

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent;
• Minimum 02 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager or in a similar role;
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ERP, CRM, Banking and Financial operations and industry best practices;
• Logical Thinking: Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Experienced with agile software development process;
• Excellent command of English communications skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with clients;
• Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes;
• Understand of UX/UI patterns based on channels (Web/Mobile);
• Proficiency in Business Analysis Tools: Familiarity with Business Analyst tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma, or similar tools;
• Experienced with Business Analysis techniques: ERD, UML, sequence diagram, use case,…;
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis;
• Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies;
• Ability to work with minimal direction on multiple projects;
• Proven track record of success in delivering high-quality business analysis deliverables;
• Knowledge of various technologies, frameworks, platforms, solutions is preferable;
• Certifications in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA), Project Management (PMP) is a big plus
