1/ Recruitment (60%)

  • Collaborate with General Manager and Team Leaders to design interesting job descriptions; 
  • Execute & be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment such as searching, screening CV, call interviews, assessments, in-depth interviews, and offers;
  • Analyze and develop suitable channels and tools to attract the qualified candidates; 
  • Update and maintain candidate database;
  • Create reports to keep track of the recruitment effectiveness;
  • Coordinate with job sites and headhunting agencies: manage contracts, send JD, answer queries, make payment, request support and make sure not violating the conditions according to the contract;
  • Manage referral bonus policies;
  • Propose ideas to improve the Recruitment policies and processes;

2/ Employer branding (20%)

  • Be in charge of Employer Branding activities to promote company brand and attract potential candidates;

3/ Employee engagement (20%)

  • Propose ideas & solutions to build the company culture;
  • Organize internal meetings and events;
  • Develop good relationships with staff via engagement activities and daily interaction.

Must have skills and experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and employee engagement;
  • Experience with sourcing tools and techniques; 
  • Strong HR and Industries network; 
  • Good MS Office skills;
  • Good communication and people skills;
  • Ability to communicate in English;
  • Content writing skill;
  • Cheerleading skill.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Design skill;
  • Knowledge of labor law.
