Job Description
UX Strategy & Implementation:
- Develop and execute the SAP Fiori UX strategy.
- Propose and implement effective user experience (UX) and technical solutions tailored to business needs.
Technical Development:
- Design and develop SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5, SAP HANA, and OData services.
- Perform ABAP development, including reports, Adobe forms, user exits, BADIs, enhancement points, and IDOCs.
System Integration & Testing:
- Conduct impact analysis for change requests and enhancements.
- Create comprehensive technical designs and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute system integration testing.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Implementation & Support:
- Prepare for and support go-live activities, ensuring smooth deployment.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and maintenance for SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and ABAP applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize system downtime.
SAP BTP Utilization:
- Leverage SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for application development, integration, and extending SAP solutions.
Workflow Development:
- Develop and support SAP Workflow solutions to automate and optimize business processes. Implement and configure SAP ABAP solutions as per business requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and process flows.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation, with at least 3 years in a Lead consultant role.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP ABAP projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP support, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- SAP certifications in Fiori, BTP, or ABAP development are highly desirable.
Preferred skills and experiences:
- Knowledge of software development best practices and regulations.
- Experience in leading or managing SAP projects in a global, multi-national environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
