Job Description

Maintenance Management System:

• Coordinate with departments to update the equipment database accurately for the entire plant system.
• Update and manage detailed equipment information in the CMMS.
• Coordinate improvement and management of Preventive Maintenance (PM) with maintenance departments to update PM schedules and develop plans for preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
• Monitor and update the status of Work Requests (WR), Work Orders (WO), Purchase Requests (PR), and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Link spare parts data with corresponding equipment items to support efficient retrieval and ordering.
• Provide regular reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for the maintenance department, management, or major operation/repair meetings.
• Train engineers, technicians, and operators on how to use the CMMS system.
• Provide user manuals, support data entry, report querying, and troubleshoot CMMS-related issues.
• Respond to and resolve system errors (either directly or by working with the software provider).
• Participate in detailed planning for overhaul periods.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are fully recorded, documented, and traceable.
• Other jobs as assigned by superiors.

Operation and Performance Monitoring System:

• Collaborate with operations to propose and support performance improvement actions.
• Analyze data related to equipment trips and failure events.
• Manage system maintenance and propose functional improvements.
• Communicate with OEMs, IT teams, or external vendors for technical coordination.
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical support and training for operators on using the system.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in enterprise asset management system development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of integration frameworks, business object customization, and automation scripting (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Experience in developing and configuring business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database management systems, including performance tuning.
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST API, Web Services, and data formats like JSON and XML.
• Understanding of security configuration, user access control, and role-based management within the system.
• Familiarity with maintenance and operation processes in power plants is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Good communication skills in English.
