Job Description
System Design & Architecture:
- Design and implement data flows using a Microservices architecture in a cloud-native environment.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies.
- Write and review technical specifications.
System Deployment & Maintenance:
- Manage system deployment on AWS EKS/Kubernetes using Docker and CI/CD.
- Monitor and optimize system performance.
Development & Code Review:
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable .NET Core code, following Clean Code and SOLID principles.
- Review and approve team members' code.
- Mentor and support team members.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to analyze requirements, plan, and manage project timelines.
- Oversee the software development process using Agile/Scrum.
Team Collaboration & Support:
- Work with Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Provide technical support and guidance.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 7 years of software development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer.
Technical Skills:
- Backend proficiency (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, LINQ).
- Hands-on experience with Microservices and Cloud-Native Computing.
- Deep understanding of relational database modeling and design (Postgres/MSSQL).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
- English proficiency (written and spoken).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Elasticsearch, AWS S3, message queues (Kafka, AWS SQS, SendGrid, Twilio, AWS SNS), cloud-native computing (DevOps, SysOps in AWS), Git CI/CD, and frontend technologies (React, Vue, Node).
