Job Description
Overall Delivery Management:
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple Agile software development projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Understand client pain points, strategic trends, and initiatives to effectively position the company as a strategic partner.
Pre-sales and Proposal Support:
- Engage with clients alongside the Sales/Client Manager to gather requirements and analyze their challenges.
- Develop and shape appropriate delivery solutions, working collaboratively to determine skillsets, team size, hiring needs, and proposal creation using relevant tools.
Project Delivery:
- Regularly review project planning and monitoring activities with Project Managers.
- Ensure project adherence to budget and schedule, addressing escalations and managing change requests.
- Support the Operations team with invoicing and financial processes.
Quality Management and Process Compliance:
- Champion quality management practices and ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
- Review quality reports and address any non-compliance issues.
Project Team Management:
- Assign Project Managers to projects, ensuring adequate staffing and training for successful execution.
- Clearly define roles and responsibilities, motivate and mentor team members, and foster a collaborative environment.
Job Requirement
- Experience: 8+ years of experience leading multi-regional/distributed Agile development project teams for international clients, particularly within the banking sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of technical decisions and solutions (experience as a Solution Architect or Engineering Manager is a plus).
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities, sense of ownership, and a proven track record in leadership.
- A "roll your sleeves up" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
