Job Description
Data Processing & Management
- Collect, process, and maintain large volumes of data from multiple sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
- Perform regular data cleansing to remove errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
Automation & Tools Development
- Design, develop, and maintain VBA macros in Excel/Access to automate repetitive tasks.
- Create automated reporting and dashboard solutions for business teams.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement automation to improve efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze datasets to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Build and maintain business performance reports and KPIs.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
- Recommend improvements to existing processes and tools.
- Stay updated with best practices in data automation and analytics.
Job Requirement
- A minimum of a First Class Bachelor’s Degree or Second Class Upper in Accountancy, Business Studies, or Finance/Banking from a reputable university (e.g., University of Banking, National Economics University, Vietnam National University). GPA > 3.5 required.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in VBA for Excel/Access; experience with formulas, pivot tables, and advanced Excel functions.
- Solid understanding of data cleansing, validation, and transformation techniques.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Query, Power Automate, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn and improve processes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with business users in Singapore.
- A collaborative team player able to work with co-workers in Singapore.
- Able to work on-site at the office in Ho Chi Minh City.
