Job Description

• Responsible for ensuring the stable operation of the production environment and continuously optimizing and resolving issues encountered during production. 
• Responsible for system deployment, rapid iteration, upgrades, and monitoring to ensure the normal operation and high availability of various systems. 
• Responsible for emergency response and disaster recovery drills, handling unforeseen events, tracking and managing issues, and providing operational reports.

Working time: 9AM - 6PM, 1:30-minute break between sessions, Monday to Saturday

Location: 19 Street 53A, Ward Thanh My Loi, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in operating production business systems. 
• Proficient in Linux systems, familiar with the working principles, architecture, and orchestration technologies of Kubernetes and Docker containers. Prior experience in Python, Go, shell scripting, and automation operations is preferred. 
• Proficient in cloud-native platforms and tools such as Kubernetes and Docker, with a deep understanding of cloud-native concepts and extensive practical experience. 
• Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation operations concepts. 
• Familiar with business monitoring and has practical experience in using mainstream monitoring tools such as APM and Prometheus at a large scale
