Job Description

  • Search and exploit new customers, develop new business opportunities with clients across domestic and English market manpower supply.
  • Build connection & maintain relationship with clients.
  • Prepare and send quotes, actively listen to customer needs, develop compelling proposals, follow up on leads, and promote contract signing.
  • Participate in events and seminars related to product promotion and sales.
  • Implement and build individual targets for month/quarter/year.
  • Analyze & forecast the market, and propose necessary countermeasures on time.
  • Prepare and develop sales documents for the company's services.
  • Other tasks assign by manager (if any).

Job Requirement

  • Proficient in English (especialy in Speaking & Writing).
  • Experience in selling IT projects (English market: Singapore, Hong Kong… is a plus).
  • Independent and logical thinking is mandatory.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong listening and questioning skills – outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Vision to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
