Job Description

• Act as a liaison between the French project director and the local Vietnamese team.
• Participate in workshops to help configure and customize the ERP system, ensuring alignment with both global standards and local market needs.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Provide expert insights and feedback to enhance system functionality and performance.
• Ensure settings and processes are culturally aligned and compliant with Vietnamese regulations.
• Lead the project through all phases, from planning and development to integration and testing.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English, providing clear and concise project updates and reports.

Job Requirement

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP system implementation, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of business processes and financial operations; knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment.
• Willingness to travel within Ho Chi Minh City to meet with various stakeholders.
