Job Description
Strategy Development and Implementation
- Develop and execute Government Relations / Public Affairs strategies aligned with the company's business development direction and roadmap.
- Advise the Board of Management on legal-policy issues, potential risks, and strategic opportunities from the regulatory environment.
Stakeholder Management and Networking
- Establish, maintain, and develop a network of relationships with state management agencies, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
- Represent the company in policy dialogues, working groups, forums, specialized seminars, and related activities.
Policy Monitoring and Analysis
- Monitor and analyze relevant policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare policy analysis reports, position papers, and impact assessments regarding business operations.
Internal Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate closely with the PR/Communications team to build messages, brand stories, and corporate image serving GR & PA strategies.
- Serve as an effective bridge between the technical and product teams and state management agencies.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Public Policy, International Relations, Economics, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience working in-house in Public Policy / Government Relations at large corporations.
- Experience in Technology, Fintech, Finance, or Digital Platforms industries is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of the operation of the state machinery.
- Experience working in policy-sensitive industries such as technology, finance, data, and digital platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about Web3 / Blockchain is a plus.
- Experience coordinating with PR/Communications and Legal departments is a plus.

- Ability to connect and coordinate effectively between internal departments (technical, product, business) and regulatory agencies.
