Job Requirement

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document clear and comprehensive business requirements
  • Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
  • Documentation: Create detailed requirement documents, use cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories for projects
  • Requirement Validation: Work with stakeholders to ensure that requirements accurately reflect business needs and priorities
  • Change Management: Assess the impact of proposed changes on business processes and guide stakeholders through change management processes
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are understood and implemented correctly
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborate with end-users to define UAT criteria and scenarios and validate that developed solutions meet requirements

  • Requirement Accuracy: Measures the percentage of requirements that are accurately documented and aligned with business needs
  • Project Delivery Time: Tracks the time taken to gather and document requirements for projects
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Gathers feedback from business stakeholders on the quality and effectiveness of requirement gathering and communication
  • Change Request Rate: Evaluates the number of change requests submitted due to unclear or
  • missing requirements
  • Project Scope Creep: Measures the extent of scope changes or additions during project development
  • Requirement Traceability: Tracks the alignment of requirements with project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
