Job Description
- Ensure the stability, availability, and reliability of the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Plan and implement infrastructure projects to meet current and future technology needs.
- Optimize the performance and security of the infrastructure.
- Manage the infrastructure team, providing leadership, guidance, and technical expertise.
- All infrastructure hardware concern within Trax organization.
Job Requirement
- Education: Network Engineering, IT Security, Programming
- Working Experience: 5 years
- Other Requirement: English speaking
- IT Infrastructure Planning: Assess current and future infrastructure needs, develop strategic plans,and align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Infrastructure Deployment: Oversee the implementation of new hardware, software, and network components, ensuring they meet performance and security requirements ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Systems Administration: Ensure the proper configuration,maintenance, and monitoring of servers, operating systems, and other infrastructure components.
- Network Management: Manage network architecture, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, to ensure data flow, security, and high availability.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security measures to protect the infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents, minimizing impact on business operations assisting with complex technical challenges.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the infrastructure team, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring effective collaboration.
