Job Description
- Lead and manage the testing team to ensure thorough and effective testing of software products.
- Implement and improve testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ensure that software products meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.
- All work related to Trax software development.
Job Requirement
- Education Software Engineering, Programming Testing, Engineering
- Working Experience 3 years
- Other Requirement English speaking
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the testing team, ensuring professional development and team effectiveness.
- Test Planning: Collaborate with project managers, product managers, and developers to create comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Test Execution: Oversee the execution of test cases, scripts, and scenarios to ensure proper coverage and identification of defects.
- Test Automation: Implement and manage test automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes.
- Defect Management: Work closely with development teams to report, track, and verify defects, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
