This role is an onsite opportunity.

As a Production Monitor Engineer, you will:

Participate in a 24/7 monitoring team to ensure data transactions are transferred thoroughly and correctly, handle error occurs in production environments (EDI and some ERP integration).

Troubleshooting issues, keep track of progress, and build/fix on Productions.
Report to direct supervisor every shift.
Attend maintenance event with related department.
Level 2 Support, help Regular Support with difficult technical/integration issue.
Work with back-end technical teams in resolving issue/bug

Location: Dist 3, HCMC
Working time: Mon - Fri

Job Requirement

Having a bachelor’s degree in IT
At least 1 year experience in IT industry ((IT Support, Network, Developer, Database...) or Technical Support
Good at English (reading, writing)
Having practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide a high availability service.
Troubleshooting skills on cross application/platforms to provide fast problem resolution.
Team player spirit, collaboration know-how
Must be customer-service oriented; Actively look for ways to help people.
Active Listener be able to give full attention to what is being said, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate and not interrupt at inappropriate times.
Logical thinking
Must have a strong attention to detail; Careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
Efficient able to handle and resolve client issues quickly and accurately.
Working Time: 40 hours/Week, working in nightshift (9 PM – 6AM)3 days a week and 2 days in flexible breaking shifts.
Willingly to work at weekends
