Job Description
- Analyzing and making clear the requirements of the Board of Directors, Functional Managers, and End Users.
- Analyzing and presenting the sample, resolution relies on the requirements which were collected/made clear.
- Writing the specified describing materials about the software specializing requirements, specifically: Documents of SRS (Software Requirement Specification), Documents of BRD (Business Require Document), Documents of FRS (Function Requirement Specification), Documents of Use case: showing the interaction of the user with each function of software, Data Flow, Use Stories.
- Advising on the specializing aspects relies on the company’s analysis and research.
- Conveying content, and supporting member(s) of the project to make clear the requirements that need to meet.
- Writing the using instruction documents (in necessary).
- Organizing instruction, and supporting users to use products and resolve problems whenever they incurred.
- Resolving other rising works based on the needs of Board of Directors and Line Manager.

Job Requirement
- Graduated university/college major in Math Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information system, Economic Informatics, Finance – Banking, Business Management, and Commercial English.
- Have 02 years of experience or participate in 1 software project for 1 year or more
- Pretty good at English.
- Skills in management, arrangement, and organization.
- Embrace technology fast.
- Sharp thinking.
