What You will do:

• Collaborate closely with customers to gather, refine, and analyze business requirements comprehensively.
• Research requirements and business goals to provide an effective solution for customers.
• Transform business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Track and report on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Facilitate communication and maintain professional relationships between customers and the development team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and solutions relevant to the business domain.

Job Requirement

Key Responsibilities:
1. User Story Definition:

• Works with multiple stakeholders to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery.
• Assists stakeholders (PO/PM) to define and own the value definition of Epic definition, Feature definition, User Story definition, including facilitating and influencing the prioritization of the backlog.
• Expert in translating end user / customer insights into Stories complete with
• Acceptance Criteria, which can easily be understood by the Development Team.
• Provide discipline, rigor and technical skills to the requirements definition and validation process.

2. Planning & Engagement:

• Partners with key stakeholders to articulate product vision; documents problem/opportunity and broader context; defines desired future states using outcomes as measures of success with a strong focus on value delivery.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders across business and technology to complete the required artifacts and capture necessary inputs.
• Works with the team to produce high fidelity estimates by providing crystal clear requirements definitions.
• Proactive around risks, issues, blockers and raises them as soon as possible.
• Constantly looks for opportunities to improve the overall process
• Available to the team to answer questions relating to product requirements, and works with the team to breakdown Stories and translate business requirements
• Participates in Demo during Sprint Review.

Requirements:

• Background in information technology/computer science or related positions such as Quality Control.
• At least 2 years of business analysis-related experience in software development projects
• Familiar with agile software development processes and tools (Figma, JIRA, Confluence,...)
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written) and strong
• Presentation capabilities
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Having experience in logistic domain
