Job Description
- Act as a communication bridge between the project management team in Japan and the development team in Vietnam.
- Translate business requirements, technical documents, and project-related communications between Japanese and Vietnamese.
- Receive, analyze, and accurately convey client requirements from Japan to the Vietnamese development team, and vice versa, including clarifying technical or business issues.
- Support project management activities, monitor progress and quality, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Participate in software development or code review for projects using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.), ensuring code quality and performance optimization.
- Report progress, issues, and proposed solutions to the Japanese project management team.
- Propose improvements to the product, user interface, or development process from both technical and user experience perspectives.
- Collaborate with related departments (UX/UI design, marketing, QA) to ensure consistency and alignment across the product development cycle.
Job Requirement
- Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher (N1 preferred), with strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of web technology.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in online marketing-related projects (e.g., digital advertising systems, SEO tools, CRM platforms, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Salesforce).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Logical thinking, high attention to detail, responsible attitude, and a growth mindset.
- Preferably experience working as a BrSE or in direct collaboration with Japanese clients.
- Prior onsite work experience in Japan is a significant plus.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles or user behavior analysis is an advantage.
