Job Description

Web operation:

Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring the website.
Use website builder/content management system to set up website, update content, deploy new features as per requests

Web performance:

Assess, investigate and identify factors affecting website performance in terms of site speed, functionality and configuration (KPI).
Recommend, troubleshoot all issues and collaborate with cross-stakeholder and IT team if required

Web optimization:

Periodically scan websites to build optimization plans to improve user experience, SEO/SEM and other digital marketing metrics.
Conduct the optimization plans with the other teams

Others:

Use multi-platforms to do the daily work
Research and learn new technologies (knowledge, tools) to improve productivity and website transformation.

Job Requirement

Background in Digital Marketing, SEO, Web builder, Wordpress (coding skills or professional working experience are not needed)
Advanced in Vietnamese and English
Experience in using platforms, tools and system, and quickly adopt new tools
Basic understanding of the structure and set-up of a digital website
Technically savvy, able to self-learn and curious regarding the tech industry
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and goal-driven personalities
Thrive in fast-paced, startup environments
