Job Description
Translation, Documentation & Contract Support
- Translate project documents, complete project files, draft commercial documents, and support contract translation.
- Interpret and support commercial contract negotiations.
- Provide on-site interpretation when required.
Commercial Negotiation & Project Coordination
- Organize and interpret technical negotiation meetings.
- Coordinate commercial negotiations with investors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Follow up and coordinate project contract signing, project execution, and implementation progress.
Partner Communication & Business Support
- Work with foreign experts and partners to support project communication.
- Travel for business trips when needed.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Chinese Language.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; experience in negotiation interpretation or on-site interpretation is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Good Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to translate documents, interpret meetings, support commercial negotiations, and coordinate project-related work.
- Good communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in cement, steel, thermal power, conveyor, dust filtration, or water treatment industries is preferred.
Language / Other Requirements
- Good Chinese proficiency across four skills is required.
- Bright appearance is preferred; height above 1.57m is highly preferred.
- Able to work under high pressure and willing to travel for business needs.
Personality & Attitude
- Hard-working, careful, proactive, and willing to take on challenges.
- Eager to learn, explore, and develop long-term with the company.
- Responsible and able to support cross-functional coordination.
- Flexible in handling commercial, translation, and project support tasks.
