Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

Design, develop, implement, and maintain web application

Translating user stories into working solution

Design and implement RESTful APIs

Develop and implement architecture and design for different bespoke software in each functional domain 

Work with the distributed team in multiple time zones

As Technical Leader, you are expected to become the leader who can provide technical support, facilitate technical troubles, and coach other team members to become more mature in daily activities.

Job Requirement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development (webs, web-apps, applications,..), with at least year in a Tech Lead or equivalent role

Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, PHP, Golang...

Proficient with front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, as well as back-end frameworks like Django, Spring Boot, NodeJS, Laravel, etc

Fluent English (both written and verbal) to effectively work in an international environment

Experience in designing systems on Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) or On-premise for various systems

In-depth understanding of deploying large systems, Distributed Systems, Microservices, Cloud, K8S,..

Experience in integrating multiple systems using different standards, ESB, WSO2, etc., is preferred

Proficiency in drawing C4 models, UML, and detailed system models is a plus

Open mindset to learn other technology stacks (AIoT, Embedded,...)

Strong leadership skills, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

Execllent business mindset:

Ability to receive inquiries directly from clients, then analyze and discuss among stakeholders for clarification

Can suggest good ideas/creative solutions to improve company‘s projects even if there is no problem at all
