Job Description
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Own the recruitment planning process (daily/weekly/monthly) to ensure project staffing targets are achieved in terms of quantity and quality.
- Proactively manage and maintain a diverse range of recruitment channels to prevent pipeline bottlenecks.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics (KPIs) closely to ensure project milestones are consistently met.
Operational Control & Team Leadership
- Assign tasks, evaluate individual performance, and provide coaching to recruitment team members to maintain high productivity.
- Foster a cohesive team environment, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration to deliver results that meet client expectations.
- Propose, implement, and track the effectiveness of initiatives designed to enhance overall recruitment efficiency.
Financial & Performance Reporting
- Develop detailed recruitment cost plans per channel and implement strategies to optimize expenditure while maintaining project performance.
- Prepare and present performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually) to clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client meetings, addressing issues and providing actionable solutions for recruitment bottlenecks.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- College degree or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Mass Recruitment (CSKH, Telesales).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Basic English proficiency.
Personality & Attitude
- Highly responsible, meticulous, and capable of working under significant pressure.
- Independent worker with excellent team collaboration abilities.
- Eager to learn, with a strong commitment to professional growth.
