Job Description

Network Engineering & Infrastructure Implementation

• Lead implementation, configuration, upgrades, migration, and lifecycle projects for routing, switching, and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Design and maintain multi-site, multi-circuit WAN architecture with high availability, redundancy, and fault tolerance.
• Configure and optimize advanced routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP, across complex multi-vendor environments.

Security, Firewall & Hybrid Cloud Integration

• Manage network security platforms, including Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower/FMC, Palo Alto NGFWs, Cisco ISE, and F5 BIG-IP.
• Maintain firewall policies, access control rules, segmentation strategies, NAC, WAF, load balancing, and VPN connectivity.
• Lead integration between on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid routing and secure connectivity.

Operations, Troubleshooting & Stakeholder Support

• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, WAN circuits, and service quality across all sites.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support, root cause analysis, permanent corrective actions, and accurate network documentation.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve connectivity issues, communicate service impact, and support business-critical operations.
• Participate in rotating on-call support, including nights and weekends, to maintain 24x7 network availability.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience in multi-site, multi-vendor, globally distributed environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is fully considered.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in enterprise routing, switching, WAN architecture, multi-circuit design, redundancy, and fault-tolerant network topology.
• Ownership-level experience with Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower/FMC, Cisco ISE, and F5 BIG-IP, including policy management, NAT, IPS/IDS, SSL inspection, NAC, RADIUS/TACACS+, LTM, AFM, and ASM/WAF.
• Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, including Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, IPsec/VPN, VPCs, VNets, routing tables, and security groups.
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet platforms is valued.
• Preferred experience with SD-WAN, network automation/scripting, monitoring platforms, compliance-driven environments, ZTNA, or SSE frameworks.

Language / Other Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience with internal business stakeholders and external clients.
• Preferred certifications include CCNP, CCIE, Cisco Security / Firepower, PCNSE, F5-CA, F5-CTS, Cisco ISE Specialist, or Fortinet NSE 4+.
