Job Description
- Assist the IT head or team in facilitating, coordinating, implementing, executing, controlling, and completing projects based on business needs, aligning with organizational strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Design and develop technology architecture and solutions, ensuring alignment with company architectural standards and technology strategy.
- Maintain high quality of current products through code review and design reviews.
- Build high-quality products and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Oversee and introduce the technical vision for the company's architecture standards and technology strategy.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to identify and craft solutions that meet business needs and customer requirements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the architecture roadmap.
- Stay updated on the latest digital technologies, trends, solutions, and providers to maintain the company's competitive edge.
- Analyze and evaluate business requirements, strategies, challenges, and customer journeys to develop specifications, operational scenarios, and concepts.
- Gather requirements, define functional requirements, and document business, data, application, and technology architectures, as well as business rules.
- Supervise application architecture design and deployment in cloud environments.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between IT solutions and business outcomes.
Job Requirement
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of coding methods, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience in building high-performance, multithreaded, and microservices architecture applications.
- Proven track record of leading business application development teams of 10+ members.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Willingness to go the extra mile.
- English language proficiency.
Technical Skills:
- Backend programming: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Web technologies: Angular, React, HTML5, JavaScript
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Specific cloud database products have been generalized.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Huawei Cloud Specific cloud platforms are retained as they are important technical skills.
- Source Code Management: Git, GitHub
- CI/CD Pipelines: Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo Specific CI/CD tools are retained due to their technical nature.
- Containerization Technologies: Docker, Kubernetes
