Job Description

Architecture & Solution Design:

• Design and implement end-to-end SAP BTP solutions for business transformation projects.
• Architect cloud-based applications, extensions, and integrations on SAP BTP, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Provide technical leadership on SAP BTP capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.
• Design and implement migration strategies from SAP PO/PI to SAP BTP, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Develop AI-powered business applications leveraging SAP Business AI capabilities.

Development & Implementation:

• Develop applications using SAP CAP, RAP, Node.js, Java, or ABAP on BTP.
• Design and build SAP Fiori/UI5 applications on SAP BTP.
• Implement SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors) for seamless connectivity between cloud and on-premises systems.
• Develop and manage SAP BTP services such as Kyma, Cloud Foundry, and Business Application Studio.
• Support and optimize SAP Edge Integration Cell for hybrid integration scenarios.
• Implement AI-driven applications using SAP AI Core and SAP AI Foundation.
• Develop AI-powered automation and intelligent decision-making solutions using SAP Business AI services.

Integration & Security:

• Ensure secure integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and third-party applications.
• Implement authentication and authorization using SAP BTP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).
• Work with APIs, OAuth, and SAP API Management to expose and consume services securely.
• Oversee SAP PO/PI migration to SAP BTP Integration Suite, ensuring proper mapping of interfaces and business processes.
• Design and implement Edge Integration Cell (EIC) solutions to facilitate hybrid integrations between SAP BTP and on-premises SAP landscapes.

AI & Intelligent Automation:

• Utilize SAP Business AI services to develop AI-enhanced applications and automation.
• Implement AI/ML-driven insights and automation on SAP BTP.
• Optimize business processes by integrating SAP AI Core and AI Foundation.

Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and other IT teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh).
• Experience with SAP PO/PI, including migration to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Edge Integration Cell (EIC) for hybrid integration.
• Proficiency in SAP CAP, RAP, and Business Application Studio for cloud application development.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development and UX design principles.
• Good understanding of Kyma, Cloud Foundry, and Kubernetes in SAP BTP.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP extensions using BTP.
• Strong understanding of OAuth, SAML, JWT, and security best practices in SAP BTP.
• Expertise in SAP AI Core, AI Foundation, and AI-powered automation.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security.
• SAP Certification in SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, or SAP Extension Suite.
• Experience with AI/ML capabilities on SAP BTP (SAP AI Core, AI Foundation, Business AI Services).
• Knowledge of multi-cloud architecture and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) in SAP BTP.
• Intermediate knowledge of the BTP platform and services, with at least POC level experience.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, M365 Copilot, etc.) is good to have.
• Strong understanding of requirements and issues, with the ability to effectively leverage AI-assisted IDEs for smart coding (a key part of how we work).
• Proficient in understanding and speaking English is required.
