Job Description
System Operations & Technical Management:
- Monitor daily website operations and ensure system stability.
- Identify system errors or bugs, report them clearly and in detail to the development team in Korea, and follow up on resolution progress.
- Manage the quality of Vietnamese content translations and optimize the website UI/UX to suit local users.
Operations Department & Partner Management:
- Oversee the Partner Management team, including partner onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, and business support activities.
- Lead the Customer Service (CS) team, establishing customer support processes via Zalo, chatbots, and other channels, while ensuring service quality.
Market Analysis & Performance Reporting:
- Analyze Vietnamese market trends and user behavior data to propose website feature and functionality improvements.
- Manage and regularly report key operational KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, and system uptime.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in IT operations, e-commerce, or project management roles.
- Technical Knowledge: understanding of web service architecture and experience using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and proven team leadership ability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Language Skills: Korean language proficiency is a plus.
- Experience working with Korean companies or Korean partners.
- Good understanding of IT/e-commerce regulations and compliance in Vietnam.
