Job Description
- Manage assigned IT projects, ensuring they are on track in terms of budget, schedule, and scope.
- Develop, maintain, and revise project proposals (including objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, timelines, budget, and staffing).
- Set, track, and manage project milestones, realigning schedules and expectations as needed.
- Create and implement project communication plans and provide status updates.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends to prepare project status reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
- 8+ years of experience in IT-related areas, including 3+ years in a project management role. Cross-industry experience is preferred.
- Fast thinking, strategic, adaptable, curious, and optimistic.
- Responsible, accurate, self-motivated, able to deliver under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, planning, teamwork, coordination, communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools (ITSM, DevOps, Jira).
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (oral and written).
- Experience in the banking and finance industry is preferred.
- Strong software engineering background and analytical skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Portfolio & Program Management Professional (PfMP) certification is a plus.
