Job Description
Project Execution & Coordination
- Work with clients and partners throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery.
- Develop project implementation plans, ensuring that objectives, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and scope to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Identify potential risks and provide timely solutions when issues arise.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all records are maintained accurately.
- Regularly report and update project status to department heads and clients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and coordinate communication between internal and external teams.
- Negotiate and manage expectations with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT project management.
- Good understanding of information technology, cloud computing services, DevSecOps deployment, or software development.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent planning, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management, team leadership, and independent working abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.
- Basic English communication skills; capable of reading technical documents, writing reports, and communicating via email.
