Job Description
Photography & Videography Production
- Handle the entire production process for product and lifestyle shoots, including studio setup, lighting, filming, and final editing.
- Create high-converting video advertisements focusing heavily on the first three-second hook to maximize viewer retention and click-through rates.
UGC Post-Production & Aesthetic Management
- Edit and refine raw footage from U.S.-based KOLs and KOCs into polished marketing assets while maintaining a natural and authentic feel.
- Manage color grading, font selection, and video pacing to align strictly with modern U.S. parenting trends, ensuring a clean, warm, and professional look.
- Ensure consistent creative output and strictly adhere to all campaign deadlines.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Graphic Design, Communications, or related fields.
- An expert portfolio is mandatory, showcasing previous work specifically for the U.S. or global B2C markets, preferably in the Parenting, Kids, or Education sectors.
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in producing a high volume of short-form content without sacrificing quality.
- Deep understanding of American parenting preferences, emphasizing diversity, authenticity, and emotional storytelling.
Skills & Competencies
- High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Strong proficiency in CapCut for fast-paced social media edits.
- Proven experience in utilizing AI tools to optimize creative workflows.
- Good English proficiency to read briefs, understand U.S. cultural nuances, and coordinate effectively with overseas creators.
Personality & Attitude
- Creative, highly adaptable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual storytelling.
