Job Description
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
- Coach the development team on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Lean practices
- Manage the project backlog, including grooming, prioritization, and decomposition of user stories
- Track and report on project progress, team velocity, and other Agile metrics Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and help the team implement process enhancements
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure alignment between the product vision and team execution
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations
- Mentor and support less experienced Agile Project Managers/Scrum Masters
- Scale Agile practices across multiple teams and coordinate dependencies
- Ensure the team's adherence to Agile values, principles, and best practices
Job Requirement
- 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar Agile role
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.) and project management principles
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in managing the full software development lifecycle in an Agile environment
- Proficient in Agile planning, estimation, and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence)
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
