Job Description
Route Planning & Carrier Management
- Analyze the list of closed deals from Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and map out weekly delivery schedules based on geographic density.
- Coordinate with couriers or drivers to hand off equipment, ensuring they have the correct addresses and special delivery instructions.
Timeline Enforcement & Problem Solving
- Monitor all active shipments closely and act as the first responder to fix delays caused by traffic or weather, ensuring clients are not left waiting.
- Re-route delivery plans dynamically to accommodate last-minute urgent clients or cancellations without disrupting the rest of the daily schedule.
Inventory Staging & Operations
- Manage the turnaround time by ensuring equipment is returned to the hub and staged appropriately before the next route begins.
- Uphold core values of precision, integrity, impact, and curiosity across all logistical processes.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or hands-on inventory management within a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the city and surrounding areas to facilitate efficient route planning.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues, such as syncing devices and checking connectivity.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational skills and a logical approach to planning complex delivery routes and managing physical inventory.
- Excellent communication skills for daily coordination with SDRs, drivers, and operations teams.
- Comfortable using mobile technology and inventory management software, including Orca Scan, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
Personality & Attitude
- Detail-oriented mindset to spot discrepancies, shipping damage, or data errors immediately.
- Hands-on leadership style with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Candidates aged 28 to 35 are preferred due to the dynamic nature of the role.
