Job Description
Site Mechanical & M&E Management
- Manage and control progress, quality, safety, and cost for mechanical and M&E project scopes.
- Participate in progress coordination meetings and work with design, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure construction plans are implemented properly.
- Review technical drawings, construction methods, and subcontractor capability documents.
Material, Quantity & Installation Control
- Control construction quantities, materials, and equipment at the project site.
- Inspect and accept installation works according to technical standards.
- Manage design changes, additional work outside the contract, and support final settlement activities.
Reporting, Handover & Documentation
- Update progress and quality reports on the ERP system.
- Organize acceptance, handover, and completion documentation for the project.
- Store as-built documents and project handover records according to project requirements.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, M&E Equipment, Machine Manufacturing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E or mechanical construction management at project sites.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of acceptance procedures, quality control, quantity management, and material control.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings and construction drawings.
- Proficient in computer skills and AutoCAD.
- Good planning, coordination, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
- Able to prepare construction schedules and occupational safety plans.
- Strong knowledge of site project implementation processes, machining, and mechanical fabrication.
Language / Other Requirements
- Language requirement: Not specified.
- Able to work at project sites according to project schedules.
- Experience working with ERP systems for progress and quality reporting is required.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong ownership in site execution, safety, quality, and progress control.
- Practical and detail-oriented in handling mechanical construction issues.
- Good coordination mindset when working with internal teams and subcontractors.
