Job Description

1. E-commerce Websites Management:

• Oversee the dayto-day operations of e-commerce web applications, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

• Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.

2. Platform Integration and Customization

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate and customize ecommerce platforms based on business requirements.

• Develop and implement scripts or automation tools to enhance system efficiency.

3. System Optimization

• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

4. Troubleshooting and Support

• Provide technical support for endusers and troubleshoot issues related to e-commerce applications.

• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.

Job Requirement

• Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Industry certifications preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint) is a plus.
• English level Good
• Computer skill and/or software: Good
• Proven experience as a System Administrator with a focus on ecommerce web applications.
• Indepth knowledge of SharePoint.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of database management and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
