Job Description
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all functions and seniority levels, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Execute aggressive hiring plans with pipeline forecasting and headcount tracking aligned to leadership priorities.
- Design and calibrate structured interview loops and train hiring managers to maintain a high hiring bar.
- Leverage AI-assisted workflows and modern recruitment tools to compress time-to-hire and improve candidate quality.
Leadership Partnership
- Work directly with leadership on critical people-related decisions including hiring priorities, team structure, performance management, and retention risk mitigation.
- Translate ambiguous leadership intent into concrete people plans and execute them with strategic agility.
External Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, headhunters, and freelance sourcers while negotiating terms and holding vendors accountable to strict SLAs.
- Review and draft work agreements including full-time, contractor, and cross-border arrangements in coordination with legal functions.
Employee Experience & Lifecycle
- Design and run onboarding programs to ensure predictable and rapid new-hire productivity.
- Build lightweight, stage-appropriate frameworks for performance feedback, career development, and employee recognition.
- Surface and resolve employee relations cases with high discretion, fairness, and clarity.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of HR experience, with the majority of the time dedicated to talent acquisition and/or HR business partnering.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruiting across diverse functions, especially creative, content, product, or growth roles in a startup or high-growth environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional communication and structured thinking skills, with the ability to articulate complex people issues and propose concrete options.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and modern recruitment technologies to optimize creative and HR workflows.
- Fluent in English with the ability to draft offers, negotiate with international candidates, and represent the company professionally.
Personality & Attitude
- Results-first approach with high pressure tolerance and the ability to navigate complex, fast-moving environments.
- Conflict-resilient personality, able to push back with substance when disagreeing with high-agency stakeholders.
