Job Description
1. WiFi / System Integration & Configuration
- Handle end-to-end WiFi and system integration: installation, configuration, and technical setup in accordance with project requirements.
- Own the full hardware installation and software configuration process to ensure connectivity and system performance.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to define and design technical solutions tailored to each market.
2. Partner Technical Onboarding
- Support the technical onboarding of new partners, including guidance, training, and delivery of necessary technical documentation.
- Ensure partners are fully equipped to operate AWING systems independently after deployment.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during kick-off sessions and partner onboarding meetings.
3. Troubleshooting & System Stability
- Troubleshoot integration issues and system failures promptly to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
- Monitor and maintain system performance and stability throughout and after deployment (post go-live).
- Establish and maintain early detection processes to proactively identify and resolve potential system issues.
4. Coordination with Local SI / Product Team
- Coordinate with the Local SI / Product team to handle complex integrations that exceed local resolution capacity.
- Contribute insights and improvement proposals for platform enhancements based on real-world deployment experience.
- Provide regular updates and technical reports on system status and outstanding issues to the Global team.
5. Post Go-live Technical Support
- Support the Operations team in resolving technical issues that arise after go-live.
- Serve as the escalation bridge between the Operations team and internal technical resources for issue resolution.
- Document and build a knowledge base of recurring issues to continuously improve future resolution processes.
Job Requirement
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience & Background
- At least 5 years of experience in System Integration, Networking, or IT Operations.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing WiFi systems, enterprise networks, or IoT/connectivity solutions.
- Experience working with international partners or in a cross-border environment is a strong advantage.
- Background in media, advertising, or technology industries is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and WiFi technologies (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, WPA2/WPA3, VPN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, RADIUS).
- Experience working with API integrations, webhooks, or middleware solutions.
- Ability to read and analyze system logs, network traces, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Notion).
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively across technical, business, and partner teams.
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- High sense of ownership, proactive work ethic, and ability to perform under pressure.
Language
- Business English proficiency in both verbal and technical written communication (required).
