Job Description
Strategic U.S. Copywriting
- Write, edit, and produce top-tier copy for marketing campaigns, websites, social media platforms, video scripts, and various marketing collateral.
- Adapt brand messaging to resonate deeply with U.S. cultural nuances, ensuring all copy feels native and aligns perfectly with American parenting values and consumer psychology.
- Demonstrate an AI-First mindset by leveraging modern tools to brainstorm ideas, refine drafts, and accelerate the content creation process.
- Ensure a highly consistent tone of voice across all communication channels while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Conversion-Focused Content Execution
- Lead conceptual development and brainstorming sessions to translate marketing strategies into innovative creative concepts.
- Direct the creative team effectively by providing sharp, data-backed Creative Briefs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Growth and Ads teams to receive performance feedback and iteratively re-brief content to improve overall campaign results.
- Proactively pivot and adjust content angles based on real-time performance data gathered directly from the U.S. market.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related fields.
- Exceptional English writing skills with an IELTS score of 7.5 or equivalent.
- A mandatory portfolio containing links or attachments of successful projects and campaigns executed specifically for the U.S. market must be submitted.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Content Strategy or Copywriting for B2C brands.
- Proven track record or strong interest in the Education, Mom & Baby, Parenting, or Ed-Tech sectors is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of U.S. slang, idioms, parenting culture, and specific parenting pain points.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in using AI tools to optimize creative workflows and boost daily productivity.
- High level of cross-functional collaboration skills to work seamlessly with Operations, Marketing, Product, Design, and Development teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to structure and interpret complex data.
