Job Description

Country Leadership & Business Ownership

  • Own the overall performance and growth of operations within the assigned country.
  • Drive alignment between sales, operations, and capture teams to meet company objectives and set execution strategies based on market demand.
  • Act as the primary operational leader responsible for country outcomes, performance, and cross-department coordination.

Revenue & Sales Alignment

  • Partner closely with sales leadership to support pipeline growth and client delivery capacity.
  • Ensure operational readiness to execute incoming capture projects across all capture categories.
  • Identify opportunities to expand capture capabilities and ensure delivery teams are aligned with client expectations.

Operational Oversight & Infrastructure

  • Oversee execution across all capture departments including Home Capture, Business Capture, and Studio Capture.
  • Ensure teams have the structure, staffing, and processes required to execute efficiently and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Ensure the country has the required studios, equipment, and operational infrastructure to support ongoing and future capture projects.
  • Coordinate logistics, inventory, and studio readiness to support operational scaling.

Financial Management & P&L Ownership

  • Own country-level financial performance, including revenue, operational costs, and profitability.
  • Monitor project costs, staffing efficiency, and operational spend to maintain healthy margins.
  • Make strategic decisions around scaling operations, staffing investments, and infrastructure needs.

Workforce Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with HR and recruiting teams to scale the workforce as project demand grows and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
  • Establish and monitor country-level KPIs related to operational efficiency, capture quality, and project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and contribute insights to global leadership to improve company-wide execution.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields; MBA is considered a strong plus.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Extensive experience managing P&L and operational budgets.
  • Strong leadership capability managing multi-department teams in fast-growing operational environments.
  • Experience operating within AI, robotics, data collection, or technology services environments is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of structured data capture workflows, studio environments, or technical operations is highly preferred.

  • Ability to balance sales growth, operational execution, and financial performance simultaneously.
  • Clear and confident communication skills across executive leadership, operational teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to navigate HR operations, staffing growth, and organizational development effectively.

  • Highly accountable, strategic thinker, and adaptable to rapid business scaling.
