Job Description
Project Management & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project management, from planning and defining deliverables to tracking timelines and priorities across multiple teams.
- Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, proposing actionable solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with project goals and strategic objectives.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, SOPs, and internal tracking systems to ensure operational clarity.
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Ensure all business decisions and project changes are properly documented and communicated across cross-functional teams.
Business & Executive Support
- Assist the founding team in coordinating strategic initiatives and cross-functional business projects.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and supporting materials for executive meetings and strategic planning.
- Execute ad-hoc assignments as directed by management to support organizational growth objectives.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or Project Coordination.
- Proven experience in E-commerce, Print-on-Demand (POD), Dropshipping, or international SaaS environments.
- Solid understanding of Western consumer mindsets and U.S. market cultural nuances.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent English proficiency (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent) with the ability to negotiate and coordinate with international stakeholders independently.
- Highly skilled in project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Jira, Asana, Google Workspace).
- Demonstrated capability in building SOPs and operational frameworks.
Personality & Attitude
- Strategic thinker with a "hands-on" approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a global focus.
- Experience supporting founders or executive-level leadership teams.
