Job Description

• Report to ISD Manager the Company’s business application performance and availability
• Conduct the tasks, activities assigned by the ISD Manager
• Comply with the IT policies, procedures
• Corporate with the IT risk & compliance, provide the sufficient documents in the IT risk and compliance review courses
• Document and maintain the company’s application configuration values
• Manage business application operations, changes and upgrades
• Manage, maintain and monitor user access in business applications
• Provide service on business application to end user include RFID system, human resource system, production planning software, warehouse system, ERP - SAP system, etc.
• Production system database administration
• On floor ETS setup and troubleshoot ETS issues
• Production data correction & reconsolidation
• Acts as ISD project coordinator.
• Understand production operational challenges, find out root-cause problem & suggest solution.
• Users support in applications side.
• Others As assigned by ISD Manager

Key Results/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• User acceptance rate of 30 minutes response.
• System uptime rate

Job Requirement

• University graduate, major in Information Technology preferred
• Database (Oracle, SQL) certificate is a plus.
• At least 3 years’ experience. 
• Previous experience with IT Operation, Application and Production Support.
• Familiar with Client / Server application, VB.net, C#, VS and ASP
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (BI, SQL)
• Hands-on project management and system development experience is preferred
• Able to communicate in English.
