Job Description
- Monitor new feature launches and track how users interact with them.
- Run UX Lab experiments to test usability, adoption, and engagement.
- Analyze user journeys and identify pain points or drop-offs.
- Validate design changes with real data before and after release.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to recommend improvements.
- Highlight quick wins and micro-optimizations that enhance user experience.
- Present clear, actionable insights from user data and testing.
- Continuously refine processes to make the UX Lab a hub of user-driven decision-making.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- Freshies are welcome. Experience is not required, however the candidate is expected to:
- Spot patterns in user data and translate them into insights.
- Communicate findings simply and clearly across teams.
- Stay user-focused while balancing product goals.
- Contribute creative ideas to testing and brainstorming sessions.
- Adapt quickly, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Statsig or other experimentation/analytics tools.
