Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user flows for web and app products.
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, UI designs, and interaction states.
- Design reusable components and patterns using Figma and shared libraries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate based on user problems and business goals.
- Work closely with product analysts to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles.
Product & Team Collaboration
- Participate in requirement discussions and design reviews.
- Ask the right questions when requirements are unclear.
- Adapt designs based on technical constraints and feedback.
- Help maintain consistency across products and brands.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or an equivalent combination of education or work experience.
Experience & Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Figma including components, auto layout, and variants.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for better developer collaboration is a plus.
- Design system experience and an interest in data, metrics, or product experimentation are nice to have.
- Interns or fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome.
Skills & Competencies
- Problem Solving: Can identify UX problems, ask the right questions, and propose practical solutions rather than just visual changes.
- Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver designs on time without constant follow-up.
Personality & Attitude
- User-First Thinking: Always considers the user experience to ensure designs are clear, usable, and easy to understand.
- Curiosity & Learning Mindset: Curious about users, products, and new ideas, with a willingness to learn, explore better ways of working, and improve continuously.
