Responsibilities
The Technical Lead is responsible for tasks in the following areas:
Lead the design and architecture of complex systems, emphasizing scalability, modularity, and maintainability.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Implement best practices in software development, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency of solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business consultants, to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Contribute to the development of the company's technical strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals
Mentor and guide team members, facilitating their professional growth.
